Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return in the amount of a gift card. 

Please note the following for your our return

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged( I.E. Sale or clearance items)
• Returned items must have tags still on
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Returns take 1-2 business days to process
  
• You are responsible for any shipping fees (We recommend tracking as well)

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@nocturnalmafiaco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
